Didn’t Receive Our Email?
1. Check Your Spam/Junk
The first place to check is your “Spam” or “Junk” folder. If you see it in there, be sure to mark it as “not spam” and add our email address to your contacts as a trusted sender so you can receive future emails.
2. Check the “Promotions” Tab
Using Gmail? It has a feature which often and sometimes mistakenly categorises email from companies as “Promotions”. So if you do have the Promotions tab activated, check it – our email might have ended up there.
